The Gatsby Benchmarks are a key measure of the effectiveness of Careers advice. They are also a very important part of the Government’s Career strategy. With the support of our Careers enterprise co-ordinator for South East Cornwall, Lucy Woolridge, who supports the Careers provision and delivery within the school making sure that it meets the expected benchmarks we have currently achieved 7 out of the 8 benchmarks as indicated below, we frequently complete the online compass evaluations to check that our programme and provision meets the expected benchmarks:

Gatsby Benchmark 3 – Addressing the needs of each pupil – Still need to meet the tracking of students destinations 3 years after they have left school
